West End star Denise Van Outen and former England Cricketer Phil Tufnell are the final celebrities confirmed to perform on the Strictly Come Dancing 2013 Live Tour. They will join Tracey Beaker star Dani Harmer, much loved TV presenter Fern Britton, TV actress Lisa Riley, GB Olympian Louis Smith and former England Cricket captain and legend Michael Vaughan.

Denise has topped the leaderboard for the past four weeks, impressing the judges with her grace and elegance. She has been described by Bruno Tonioli as “perfect”.

On announcing her place on the tour Denise said: “I’ve had the time of my life on Strictly Come Dancing and can’t wait to take the show on the road, dancing in front of a huge live audience, night after night! I’m so glad my Strictly dream doesn’t have to end yet!”

Phil Tufnell is a Strictly veteran, having taken part in series seven of the BBC One show, he reached week nine of the competition. Famous for his comedic routines, Phil will delight the judges and audiences alike with his return to the dancefloor. Phil said: “Just when I thought it was all over! I can’t wait to join the Strictly Come Dancing 2013 Live Tour and see what this year’s celebrities have got. They don’t stand a chance!”

can someone tell me why the tour is not coming to belfast this year, it can’t be due to lack of support surely

  3. Leanne says:

This is discusting it is not safe for ppl to be driving and there will be accidents it’s all money money money no thought for ppls safety! Wrong decision the weather is not ment to stop it is gonna carry on!

  4. Jenny says:

It is a real shame that those of us with tickets to see this show cannot get there because of the weather. Unfortunately the organisers will not exchange for tickets later in the tour so a huge number of disappointed fans. My tickets were a Christmas present from my son who is now £150 out if pocket.
We are advised not to travel but Strictly want us to disregard this advice. I am a real fan of Strictly or at least I was !

My daughter and I made it to the Saturday show. The weather did not cause a problem and we had a wonderful time. Please tell Denise that we think she is fab and should have won the glitter ball on Saturday and at the end of the live show. She is so much better than Louis but unfortunately the crowd seem to like Louis. Both my daughter and i totally disagree. Denise and James should definitely be the winners.

I enjoyed the show in Manchester on the 31/01/13. However,
I feel that persuading the audience to vote for Lisa was poorly done. If for ‘home crowd’ reasons, Lisa is given the win, I can understand that. But this should not be done as part as a paid for vote. This spolied the end of the evening for me. Denise and James performed so well. To vote for them and then hear over and over ‘vote for Lisa’ felt wrong.
